**Before booking an appointment please read guidelines and follow time and days posted within route descriptions in booking. Please select any time for booking purposes and state the actual correct appointment time in the questions asked section of booking, thank you**
Contact the DAV Volunteer Transportation Network Coordinator to schedule a ride from one of our volunteers. (Please notify the coordinator one to two business weeks prior to your appointment as we do fill up fast and is based on a first come first serve basis).
***DAV Vans DO NOT have power wheelchair/scooter access or lifts. Riders using walkers, canes, and crutches are fine***

***Passengers must be ambulatory and able to get into and out of the vehicles by themselves and must be cognitive to make it from residence to DAV vehicles and from appointment and to place of departure. The use of escorts with an approved physician's escort letter is required to use our services, you can obtain this approval letter from the veteran's providing physician.

All riders must check in promptly with the Transportation Coordinator upon appointment completion and abide by route schedules reporting on time to the office at Jennifer Moreno VAMC building 1 Room 1592 in the Veteran Resource Center or by calling the office at 858-552-7470 or risk losing a ride home if not on time, the vehicle will not wait, proper communication is a must.
